Morgan Williams Youth Advocate Program Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to ensuring every young person in Rochester-regardless of zip code, trauma history, or circumstance-has access to the support, education, and mentorship needed to thrive and become a leader. Since 2013, we've invested in young people and communities through direct advocacy, education, and partnership.

Morgan Williams empowers young people in Rochester to thrive and become leaders, regardless of zip code, trauma history, or circumstance.

We provide direct mentorship, educational support, and advocacy services to young people who need it most. Since 2013, we've worked to ensure every young person has access to the resources and relationships that help them succeed. Our approach combines one-on-one mentoring with community partnerships, removing barriers and creating pathways to leadership and opportunity.

Youth Advocate

We walk alongside young people in Rochester, providing mentorship, support, and advocacy tailored to their real circumstances. Our relationships are built on trust, sustained over time, and designed to help each young person navigate obstacles and discover their potential as a leader.

One-on-one mentoring and consistent adult relationships.

System Change Leader

We work to reshape the conditions that affect young people across Rochester. That means original research on what works, public voice for youth-centered policies, and partnerships with schools, agencies, and community leaders to build lasting change.
