Since 2013, Morgan Williams has partnered with Rochester youth to provide mentorship, education, and advocacy support that breaks cycles of trauma and opens pathways to leadership. We work alongside schools, community organizations, and families to ensure every young person-regardless of zip code or circumstance-has access to the support needed to thrive.

We organize our work around support, education, and mentorship because young people thrive when these elements work in concert. A teen's access to mentorship shapes their educational outcomes. A young person's circumstances-their zip code, their trauma history-affect their ability to lead. We treat those connections as the work itself, not separate programs.
